Sandwich:
Beef pastrami
Provolone cheese
Spinach
Cherry tomatoes
Brown mustard
I toasted the sandwich flat in a skillet. And this time I
only ate half :) (ok, this was a little while ago..)
Stir-fry:
Frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot pack
Vegetable oil
Salad Seasoning
Minced garlic
Celery seed
For the vegetables, I fried them in vegetable oil and in
a separate bowl, I combined Salad Seasoning,
1 tsp. minced garlic, and about 1 tsp. of celery seed.
When the vegetables were about halfway done and the water from the frozen
veggies was diminished, I mixed in the seasonings and finished frying the
veggies.
