. . . the other day. A few things here and there. Kind of like a "cold plate". Did I cover all the food groups? Well, the pretzels weren't Whole Wheat, but it was a carb and serving size too. Sometimes, you don't feel like a big lunch or sandwich, pasta. Sometimes, a cold plate or one like it, is all you need, containing all the nutrients you need without feeling like a stuffed doll.
2 thin slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Omelet: 1 egg, fresh Spinach leaves, chopped Tomato, chopped Red Onion - used Canola oil to cook
3 Pretzel Rods - Snyder's of Hanover - one of the best!
Albacore Tuna packet mixed with tiny bit of relish and mayo, couldn't eat all of this in one go though!
Pickled Beets
Cooked Spinach
With some Water to drink on the side
This turned out to be more filling than I thought for some reason, but I didn't feel stuffed or grease-filled. Had a good breakfast and lunch that day. Feeling ready for a run soon!
